Present:  Messrs.   Breaks,   Chandler^Hillenbrand,   Hobbs,   Noel and Oliver.
Mr.   Henry W.  Msirshall presented his  appointment to  the Board, said appointment to run for the unexpired term of Mr. W.V.  Stuart,   or until  February 2,   I924.
The minutes of the last meeting,   January 12th,  were read and approved.
President Stone presented the following written communications:
No.   1.     Item 1. Regarding buildings at estimated coat of $1,000,000. Item  2,  Regarding  lands   (including 12 acres of land now used
by the Agricultural Department)  for the use of
Military and Physical Education Departments, Item 2B,Requesting  that the Board formiulate a policy and a
budget system for the  lands and agricultural
operations of the University.
