In accordance with action taken at the Board Meeting of March 22nd, the Board met in Eliza Fowler Hall at 10 a.m.

The Committee on Agriculture of the Board of Trustees, to whom was referred the comi-laint made ^" -r. Fred Terry, begs to submit the following report:
We find that the Board of Trustees of Purdue University ^^^^^^^^^    are not responsible for the execution of the law creating the i.   Stallion Enrollment Beard; that the duty of the Trustees of the '2Sj^   '^"niversity is simply to appoint one member of the Board, which "q^^^  member must be a member of the Department of Animal Husbandry of ''^" Purdue University.
