II. ROLL CALL.
jj    President Stuart caned toe meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. An members of jl toe Board except two were present as fonows: Mrs. Van iJess, Messrs. Calland, i Hanloy, Kettler, Lynn, Sherwood, Stuart. The absences of Mr. O'Brien, because ji of illness, and of Mr. Thompson, beoisiuse of urgent business elsei^ere (Mr* I Thonqpson altered toe meeting at 2t00 p.m.) were excused ty conaent.
!    Also present were President Ho-vde, Treasurer Stewart, Gomptroner Kettler, Secretary Hockema and Assistant Secretary Skinner.
Secretary Hockema read a letter from Mr. O'Brien conceming his healto. ¦ The President of toe Board requested toe Secretory to acknowledge Mr. O'Brien's I letter and to extend toe good wishes of toe Board members for his earty recovery.
III. APPBQVAL OF MINUTES OF BOARD MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 27. 1949.
The Secretery reported toat toe minutes of toe special meeting of toe Board I of Trustees held September 27, 1949^ had been sent to each Trustee, and toat no sviggestions or corrections had been received from any Trustee.
After discussion and ty consent the minutes of toe Board meeting held September 27, 1949> vere c^proved.
IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF BOARD MEETING HELD OCTOBER 19. 1949.
ii    The Secretary reported toat toe mlnixtea of toe annual meeting of toe Board of Trustees held October 19, 1949» had been sent to each Trustee, and toat no suggestions or corrections had been received frasx any Trustee.
After discussion and ty consent toe minutes of toe Board meeting held ! October 19, 1949, were approved.
