I.    NOTICE OF MEETING.
June 30,   1954
The Board of Trustees of The Trusteed of Purdue University convened in special meeting in the Trustees' Room of the Executive Building of Purdue Univasity at 9:35 a.m.  CST (10:35 a.m.  CDT) on Wedneadayj^l June 30,   1954, pursuant to Minute XXXIII,. May 29,   1954, and further pursuant to the following notice sent to each member of the Board by the Secretary on June 7,   1954:
In accordance with the action of the Board of Trustees at the meeting held May 29,   1954, there will be a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University on Wednesday,  June 30, 1954,  convening at 9:30 a.m.  CST (10:30 a. m.  CDT) in the Trustees' Room of the Executive Building of the University, in order to:
1. Receive,  open,  consider and act upon bids for:
Structural Framework for Union-Hall of Music Annex;
2. Consider and act upon any other matter or business which
may come before said meeting.
II.    ROLL CALL.
President Hanley called the meeting to order at 9:35 a.m.  (10:35 a.m.  CDT). All members of the Board except two were present as follows:   Mrs.  Crooks, Messrs. Anderson, Hanley,  Kettler,  Lynn,  Thompson and Wilson.    The absences of Mro  Branigin and Mr. Teetor were excused by consent of the Board.   Also present were President Hovde,  Treasurer Stewart, Assistant Business Manager and Comptroller Freehafer, Secretary Hockema and Assistant Secretary Skinner.
III. 1953.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF BOARD MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 19,
The Secretary reported that the minutes of the special meeting of the Board of Trustees held November 19,  1953,  had been sent to each Trustee, and that no suggestion or correction had been received from any Trustee.
After discussion and upon motion (Lynn-Kettler) unanimously carried,  the minutes of the Board meeting held November 19,  953, were approved.
IV.   APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF BOARD MEETING HELD JANUARY 20-21, 1954.
The Secretary reported that the minutes of the stated meeting of the Board of Trustees held January 20-21, 1954, had been sent to each Trustee, and that no suggestion or correction had been received from any Trustee,
After discussion and upon motion (Anders on-Thompson) unanimously carried, the minutes of the Board meeting held Janxiary 20-21,   1954, were approved.
