The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convened in Executive Session in the Trustees' Room of the Executive Building of Purdue Uniyersity at 2:00 p.m.  (DST) on Saturday,  May 30,   1953, pursuant to the following notice sent to each member of the Board by the Assistant Secretary on May 21,   1963:
President Hanley has asked me to notify you that he has called an Execu¬ tive Session of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue Univer¬ sity on Saturday,  May 30,   1953,  to convene at 1:00 p.m.   CST (2:00 p.m. one hour before the stated meeting of the Board of Trustees of that day, in the Trustees' Room of the Executive Building of the University.
II. NOTICE OF MEETING.
The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convened in stated meeting in the Trustees' Room of the Executive Building pf Purdue Uni¬ yersity at 2:55 p.m,   (DST) on Saturday,  May 30,   1953,  pursuant to the following notice sent to each member of the Board by the Sg cretary on May 15,   1963:
In accordance with the provisions of the By-Laws, there will be a stated meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue Uniyersity on Saturday,  May 30,   1953,  convening at 2:00 p. m,   CST (3:00 p,m,  DST), in the Trustees' Room of the Executive Building of the University in order to consider and act upon any matter or business that may come before said meeting.
III. ROLL CALL.
President Hanley called the meeting to order at 2:55 p. m.    All naembers of the Board except one were present as follows:   Mrs.  Crooks,  Messrs. Anderson, Branigin, Hanley,  Kettler,  Lynn,  Thompson and Wilson.    The absence of Mr. O'Brien was excused by consent.   Also present were President.Hoyde,  Treasurer Stewart,   Comptroller Kettler,  Secretary Hockema and Assistant Secretary Skinner.
IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF INVESTMENT AND FINANCE COMMITTEE OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES HELD MAY 14,   1953.
President Hanley presented the following minutes of the meeting of the In¬ vestment and Finance Committee of the Board of Trustees held May 14,   1953:
The Investment and Finance Committee of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University met in regular session Thursday after¬ noon.  May 14,   1963, at 3:30 p.m.  in the Trustees Room of the Executive Building on the campus of Purdue University in West Lafayette,  Indiana.
Those present were William A.  Hanley,  Frederick L.  Hovde,  Charles J.  Lynn, E.   D. Anderson, and R.   B.  Stewart.
