I.    CERTIFICATE OF NOTICE.
The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convened in special meeting in the Trustees' Room of the Executive Building of Purdue Uni¬ versity at 8:36 a.m. CST (9:35 a.m.  CDT) on Thursday,  September 13,   1966, pursuant to notice certified by the Secretary as follows:
CERTIFICATE
I,  Mary EUzabeth Skinner,   do hereby certify:
1) That lam the duly elected,  qualified and acting Secretary
of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue Uni¬ yersity;
2) That a special meeting of the Board of Trustees -was duly
called pvirsuant to Article I,  Section 2 of the By-Laws of
The Trustees of Purdue University to be held on September 13,
1956,  at Lafayette,  Indiana, for the following purpose:
To consider and discuss final terms of the pro¬ posed Trust Indenture in connection with issuance and saleof bonds to finance construction of single and married student housing at Purdue University;
3) That at the direction of the President of the Board of Trustees,
who declared that an emergency existed,  -within the me aning of Article I,  Section 2 of the By-Laws of The Trustees of Purdue Uniyersity,  I gave actual notice by telephone and telegraph to each member of the Board of Trustees (other than the President of said Board and Mr.  T.  J.  Morton, Jr.) of the time, place and purpose of said special meeting, in lieu of written notice thereof -- all prior to the convening of such special meeting.
