I.    WAIVER OF NOTICE OF MEETING.
The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convened in special meeting at 11:45 a.m.. on Tuesday,  May 14,   1967,  in Room 66 of the Purdue-Fort Wayne Center Building,   Fort Wayne,  Indiana.    All Trustees consented to the foUowing waiver of notice:

The undersigned members of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue Uniyersity hereby -waive notice of a special meeting of the Board of Trustees to be held in the Purdue-Fort Wayne Center at Fort Wayne,   IncUana,  at 11:45 a.m.  on Tuesday,  May 14,  1957,  for the purpose of:        ,
a) Considering and acting upon the matter of possible acqui¬
sition of land at Fort Wayne,  Indiana,
b) Considering and acting upon the contract for Reconstruction
of State Street and Adjacent Csimpus Areas (LI,  LU, April 17-18,   1957), and
c) Considering and acting upon such other business as may
come before said meeting.
