I member of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University
j (other than the President of said Board who -was out of the State of Indiana)
of a special meeting of said Board of Trustees to be held at 10:00 o'clock I A, M,  on April 10,   1959,  in the Trustees' Room of the Executive Building
of Purdue University all prior to the convening of such special meeting.
