I.      NOTICE   OF MEETING.
The   Board  of  Trustees   of  The   Trustees   of  Purdue   University- convened  in  stated meeting  at  9:45  a.m..   on  Thursday,   November   9, 1972,    in the   Trustees'   Room,    Executive   Building,    pursuant  to  the following  notice  mailed  to  each member   of  the   Board  by  the Secretary  on  October   18,    1972:
In accordance  with  the   Bylaws,    there   will  be   a  stated meeting  of the   Board  of  Trustees   of  The   Trustees   of Purdue   University  convening  on  Wednesday,    November   8, 1972,   at approximately  8:00  p.m.   in Room  326,   Stewart Center,   and at  9:30  a.m.   on  Thursday,   November  9,    1972, in  the   Trustees'   Room  of  the  Executive   Building,    in  order to:
1. Consider  and  act  upon bids  for  the  following
construction projects   -
a. Bicycle  Paths   -   1972
b. Addition to Smith Hall for  Food Sciences
c. Indiana-Purdue   Regional  Cainpus   at  Fort
Wayne   -   Space   Conversions   and Laboratory Development  -   Phase  I
d. Indiana-Purdue   Regional  Campus   at  Fort
Wayne   -   Student  Union  Building Mall Development;
2. Consider  and  act  upon any other matter  or  business
which may come  before   said meeting.

At 2:00 p.m.   on Wednesday,   November  8,    1972,   the Annual Meeting  of Members   and Directors   of McClure  Park,    Inc. , was  held  in the   Trustees'   Room of the  Executive   Building.
