Eliza Fowler Hall June 10, 1929
In accordance with the bylaws, the annual meeting of the Board of Trustees of Purdue University was held on Monday, June 10, 1929, the d^ preceding Commencement Day. The meeting was held in Eliza Fowler Hall and was called to order by President Rosa at 9:00 A. M.
There v/ere preaent: Mr. Edgerton, Mr. Hall, Mr. Hillenbrand, Mr. Lilly, Mrs. Meredith, Mr. Noel, Mr. Rosa, Mr. Simpson and the Preaident of the University.
President Ross presided and the Secretary acted as secretary.
Controller Stewart entered at 11:00 A. M. and sat with the Board during the remainder of the session.

Election of Officers.
ii. ELECTION OF OFFICERS.
President Ross stated that the first item of business was the election of officers.
Mr. Hall moved that the preaent officers of the Board: Mr. David E. Ross, President; Mr. James W. Noel, Vice-President; Mr. James M. Fowler, Treaaurer; Mr. Ralph D. Reser, Aasiatant Treaaurer; and Miss Mary M. Williams. Secretary, be reelected for the ensuing biennium, and that the salaries of the Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, and Secretary be fixed as provided in the budget.
Mrs. Meredith took the chair and put the motion, which was carried.
Mrs. Meredith announcBd that the motion was adopted.
President Roaa then resumed the chair.
II. APPROVAL OF THE RBCOMffitTDATIONS OF THE PRESIDENT AND FACULTY OF THE UNIVSRSITY FOR DEGREES TO BE CONFERRED.
