The Board of Trustees met in regular session at 10 A. M. on Wednesday, Jarniary 4, 1928, in Eliza Fowler Hall. There were present:
Mr. Edgerton
Mr. Hall
Mr. Hillenbrand
Mr. Lilly
Mrs. Meredith
Mr. Noel
Mr. Ross
Mr. Simpson
On account of illness, Mr. Kirabrough was unable to attend the raeeting. President Ross presided and the Secretary acted as secretaiy. The m.inutes of the regular raeeting held October 12, 1927 and of the special raeeting held Noveraber 12, 1927, v/ere read and approved.
L' BIDS RSCEIVBD FOR CONSTRUCTION 0P_ THS AGRIGLTLTURAL BNGIN.S3RING BUILDING AND OE^ TiE_ S3RVIG3 AND STORES BUILDING.
President Ross stated that bids for the construction of the Agric-ultural Engineering Building and of the Service and Stores Building would be re¬ ceived.
Controller Stewart, Construction Superintendent Hamilton, Mr. Bushnell, Superintendent of Buildings and Grounds, and the architect, Mr. Scholer, entered accompanied by representatives of the bidders.
The bids v/ere opened and read by Controller Stewart. The bidders then withdrew, and the Controller v/as instructed to have the bida tabulated for consideration at the afternoon session. (File A.)
