TEE STATE OF INDIANA TO ALL WHO SHALL SEE THESE PRESENTS, CRESTING:
i?HEESA3, The Truatees of Purdue University have filed with the Govemor of the State of Indiana a certified copy of aaid Trustees' reqve st in writing, asking that the Govemor convey to said Trustees the title to certain Real Estate hereinafter described and located in WABASH TOWSHIP, TIPPECANOE COUNTY, INDIANA, the title to which Real Estate now is in the name of the State of Indiana for the uae and benefit of "The Trustees of Purdue University."
And it being shown in said written request of said Trustees that the transfer of said Title ia necessary to complete,  enlarge,  equip,  fumiah,  operate and control a certain student union building known as Purdue Memorial Union Build¬ ing, which building ia located upon said Real Eatate ao requeated to be conveyed to said  "The Trustees of Purdue University," and said request raeeting with the approval of  the Governor and the sane beirg in accordance with the provisions of an Act of the General Aaaembly of the State of Indiana, approved March 8, 1929,  entitled:
"AH ACT conceming the trusteea of Indiana University, the trustees of Purdue University, and the board of trustees of tbe Indiana state normal   school,  authorizing the trustees of   said corporations to erect,  complete, fumish, manage and control aiiiletic field houses,  gymnasiums,  student unions,  and halls  of music in connection with Indiana university, Purdue university,  the Indiana state normal school  at Terre Haute ani the Indiana State normal achool, Ball teachers'  college, eastern diviaion at Muncie,  respectively,  and to uae,  acquire and hold property for .auch purposes;   to issue and sell bonds to provide funds for said purposes ani providirg tax exemptions for said property and bonds,  providing how such bonds and the interest thereon shall be  secured and paid; and further authorizing said corporations to provide heat,  light, power and other facilities for such structures;   and declaring an emergency".
NOW KNOW YE,  tliat the State of Indiana,  in consideration of the premises
and  in conformity with the proviaions of  said law, does hereby Convey, Release and
Quitclaim unto the said "The Trusteea of Purdue University" the following Real
