STATED MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TRUSTEES OF PURDUE UNIVERSITY

I. NOTICE OF MEETING.
The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convened in stated meeting at 9:50 a.m. on Thursday, July 10, 1975, in the Trustees' Room, Frederick L. Hovde Hall of Administration, pursuant to the following notice mailed to each member of the Board by the Secretary on June 17, 1975:
In accordance with the Bylaws, there will be a stated meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convening at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 10, 1975, in the Trustees' Room of Hovde Hall, in order to:
1. Consider and act upon the operating budgets of
the University, including the Agricultural Experiment Station, the Cooperative Extension Service, Student Aid and the Auxiliary Enter¬ prises for the year 1975-76;
2. Consider and act upon any other fiscal matters
related to the budgets;
3. Consider and act upon bids for the following
construction projects -
a. Indiana-Purdue Regional Campus at Fort
Wayne - Space Conversion and Laboratory Development - Kettler Hall - Phase I - 1975;
b. Indiana-Purdue Regional Campus at Fort
Wayne - Parking Lot - 1975;
c. PU Calumet Campus - Extend Parking Lot -
1975;
