STATED MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TRUSTEES
OF PURDUE UNIVERSITY
Trustees' Room, Executive Building June 9-10, 1972
Room 326, Stewart Center
I. NOTICE OF MEETING,
The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convened in stated meeting at 3:20 p.m. on Friday, June 9, 1972, in the Trustees' Room of the Executive Building of the University pursuant to the following notice mailed to each member of the Board by the Secretary on May 18, 1972;
In accordance with the Bylaws, there will be a stated meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convening on Friday, June 9, 1972, at approximately 2:45 p.m. EST in the Trustees' Room, Executive Building, and again at approximately 8:00 p.m. EST in Room 326, Stewart Center, and on Saturday, June 10, 1972, at 9:30 a.m. EST in the Trustees' Room, Executive Building, in order to:
1. Consider and act upon bids for the following construction projects -
a. P. U. Airport - Runways and Taxiways
b. Animal Sciences Center - Building for Feed Mill
c. Earhart Hall - Roofing Alterations, "High Wing"
d. Widening of Ade Drive
e. P. U. North Central Campus - Library, Student-
Faculty Building and Utilities and Campus Services
f. P. U. Calumet Campus - Space Conversions and
Laboratory Development, Building A
g. Indiana-Purdue Regional Campus at Fort Wayne -
Parking Lot - 1972 h. Indiana-Purdue Regional Campus at Fort Wayne - Utilities and Campus Services, Addition of a Central Control System for Campus Heating and Cooling;
2. Consider and act upon any other matter or business which may come before said meeting.
