Your county may set an earlier deadline and the state will accept only -noseenrollments which meet the county deadline. The fourth copy is for the 4-H'er. The County Extension Office must send the first copy (white) with readable nose prints fflched, to the State 4-H Department. Following the county fair, the sheep member interested in showing at State Fair shall contact the Extension Office and obtain the second copy (yellow), only after the Extension Agent has marked out the respective animal(s) sold at auction. This yellow copy must be hand carried by the 4-H’er to the State Fair Sheep Department when the animal(s) are brought to the State Fair. The pink copy is for permanent file at the Extension Office. you may enroll and identify a maximum of 10 wethers and 10 ewes for the Indiana State Fair. All animals must be identified on this form prior to June 15 as follows( (1) registered breeding ewes — a recognized National Breed Association registration number or (2) wethers and non-registered ewes — a nose print and standard county tag identification done under the supervision of the county Extension Office. READ OWNERSHIP RULE on the back of this form. At state Fair, a 4-H’er may enter and show the following animals (1) breeding ewes — (a) only one breed of animal (crossbred is considered as a breed) (b) a maximum of two lambs, two yearling ewes, one pair of lambs and one pair of yearling ewes (2) wethers — (a) only wethers under one year of age (b) a maximum of three wethers, (need not be of the same breed or of the same breed as the 4-H members ewes) Identification No. REGISTERED PUREBRED EWES (Only Reg.
