Mimeo 4-H-248 Cooperative Extension Service, Purdue University, Lafayette, Indiana TENTATIVE 4-H Exhibit CLASSES IN THE 4-H EXHIBIT BALL - 1965 STATE FAIR SECTION - 4-H Clothing Clothing I ___ Apron Clothing II __ Skirt Clothing III ___ Dress or jumper and blouse Clothing IV ___ School or sports dress (one or two-piece) Clothing V ___ School or sports dress (one or two-piece) Clothing VI __ Date, afternoon, or sports dress (one or two-piece) Clothing VII __ Dress for sports, school, date, or afternoon (one or two-piece) __ One of the following costumes: a) Two-piece suit b) Costume with jacket or coat c) Coat (Do not send blouse or sweater with suit) __ Party Dress (any length) for evening wear Section - 4-H Crafts Each county may make six craft entries. One craft from each of the three cate- gories listed in the arts and crafts manual, and three crafts articles of their choice Fine Arts __ Needle Craft __ Four other crafts of your choice not including Needle Craft or Fine Arts. 4-H ELECTRIC Electric I __ Extension Cord (No. 14 wire)or a safety poster (14 x 22). Electric II __ A remade lamp, a fuse poster or a trouble light. Electric III __ A reading lamp, floor light, portable utility lamp, or portable motor. Electric IV __ One article made. Electric V and Advanced __ One article made, a consumer buying report, a chart, an activity carried out or photographs that tell the story. SECTION - 4-H FOOD PRESERVATION Food Preservation I __ One jar of fruit, tomatoes, or tomato juice. Or one package of frozen fruit. Food Preservation II __ One jar of vegetables. Or one package of frozen vegetables. Food Preservation III ____ One jar of vegetables. Or one package of frozen vegetables.
