d( EXTENSION BULLETIN No. 133 JUNE, 1925 AIMS, ORGANIZATION, AND SUPERVISION OF BOYS' AND GIRLS' CLUB CAMPS IN INDIANA By M. L. HALL Division of Boys1 and Girls' Clubs The above picture shows the group of boys and girls who attended the club camp »t Worthington, Indiana. They became so enthusiastic over the camp that they named it "Pep Camp." Every farm boy and girl who attends and becomes imbued with the spirit of the camp, has a free and open mind which is.ready to accept the teachings and ideals given by the leaders. There is no greater opportunity to get close to the youth of the country and inspire them to greater things in life than in a camp which is out in the open and close to nature. One of the most valuable features of these camps is the high type of leadership provided by the co-operating agencies. Every leader is not only of sterling character, but is a specialist in some line of endeavor. Purdue University Department of Agricultural Extension G. I. Christie, Director, LaFayette, Indiana Co-operative Agricultural Extension Work, Acts of May 8 and June 30, 1914
